Two hours a day, of sequenced sessions, for 6 weeks - that is what create the fundamental level up you desire. This isn't away from work or time on top of what you are already doing. It is the work.

Does Fast Track work if I haven't launched yet, or only once I have revenue?
Both. The three tiers exist because the terrain changes with stage, not because the system does.
Pre-revenue startups are easier to work with because we're building the model in real time before bad patterns set in.
Post-revenue companies are still easy to change, but the mindset attachment a founder has to their past is where we have to coach more in depth.
What happens after the six weeks ends?
We see if it makes sense to keep working together, now or in the future. You don't need us post-program, but with growth comes more challenges and our platform is designed to support your entire journey, not just six weeks — if you want the support.
Do I need to bring anyone else from my team, or is it strictly one-on-one?
This is strictly only for the CEO. If you have co-CEOs or want to bring your co-founders then the price will be adjusted and discounted. This isn't a team alignment exercise; it's an athlete alignment program.
